Alert Policies
Alert policies set thresholds on monitoring metrics. When a resource metric exceeds the threshold, an alert is sent immediately through notification channels so users can respond quickly.
Alerts
The OneCloud platform supports monitoring alerts for metrics of hosts, VMs, cloud accounts, and more. Alert messages can be sent via robot, email, SMS, Feishu, DingTalk, WeCom, and other channels.
The var_oem_name platform supports monitoring alerts for metrics of hosts, VMs, cloud accounts, and more, including:
- Alert policies: set thresholds for metrics; when a resource exceeds a threshold, an alert is triggered. Supports notification channels and alert levels.
- Alerting resources: view system resources currently alerting; supports silencing alerts and converting to tickets/events. Visible only in System Administration.
- Alert history: view all triggered and recovered alert policies and resources.
- Silenced resources: view all silenced alert records and unsilence them.
Alert Resources
Alert Resources is the list of unrecovered system resource alerts for hosts, cloud accounts, and other resources that affect normal system use.
Alert History
Alert History shows all triggered and recovered alert policies and resource information in the system.
Blocked Resources
The Blocked Resources page lists all blocked alert records and supports unblocking.
