View Instance Bills

This function is used to view the instance bills and supports exporting the corresponding instance bills by filtering criteria.

  1. In the Instance Bill list, the recent month’s instance bills are displayed by default, with support for clicking on the top dateicon to view instance bills for this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, this year, or a custom time.
  2. When only one currency of bills exists in the platform, the drop-down list will not be displayed by default. When there are bills in multiple currencies at the same time, a drop-down list will appear in the upper right corner to switch the bills in the corresponding currencies, currently supporting RMB bills, USD bills and BRL bills.
    • When the “Multi-currency bill Combined” is enabled in the global configuration, all bills will be displayed in a certain currency through the exchange rate conversion instead of directly displaying the bills in a specific currency.
    • When the “Origin Bill” is enabled in the global configuration, in the domain view and project view, there will be a drop-down option to display the original bill in the corresponding currency.
  3. Support tag search for instance bills, when multiple tags are selected, i.e. filter out instance bills with multiple tags at the same time.
  4. View the following information:
    • Resource Name/ID: Display the name and ID of the instance.
    • Instance specification: Displays the specification configuration of the instance.
    • Cloud account/platform/region: Different platforms belong to different cloud accounts, indicating the platform and region where the resource is located.
    • Domain/Project: The domain and project to which the instance belongs.
    • Billing mode: Includes per-volume billing and prepaid packages.
    • Whether to use RI: RI is Reserved Instance, when the user creates a server with specifications that match RI, the instance will be automatically purchased using the discounted price.
    • Original Price: The original price of the instance.
    • Discounted Amount: The discounted amount after using RI.
    • Amount due: The specific cost of the instance.
  5. Support click on the top right corner icon to export the corresponding billing data.
