Recipients
This function is used to set the users who receive OneCloud message notifications, and supports setting multiple notification channels for users to receive messages.
There are two ways to set users as recipients.
- The system administrator sets the users in the system as recipients in the recipient management.
- The user modifies the contact information in the user information and enables the notification channel, etc.
Entry: In the cloud management platform click on the top left corner navigation menu, and click “Settings/Notifications/Recipients” menu item in the left menu bar that pops up to enter the Recipients page.
Create Recipient
This function is used by the administrator to set up users in the system as recipients and set up contact information and notification channels for them, etc.
Note
- The notification channels that can be selected when creating a new recipient are related to the system administrator’s settings in the notification channels, e.g. if the administrator only configures Dingtalk and Lark, only Dingtalk and Lark can be selected in the notification channels.
- By default, you can receive messages via internal system mail.
- On the recipient page, click the “Create” button at the top of the list to bring up the Create recipient dialog box.
- Select domain, user (filter optional users by domain), enter cell phone number, email account, select whether to enable email, SMS, Dingtalk, Lark, WeCom, etc. and click “OK” button.

Attention
In the system view, configure emails and SMS for the recipient without authentication.
Modify Recipient
This function is used to modify the recipient’s contact information and notification channel.
- On the recipient page, click the “Modify” button in the action bar to the right of the recipient to bring up the Modify Recipient dialog box.
- Modify the user’s cell phone number, email account, whether to enable email, SMS, Lark, Dingtalk, WeCom, and click the “OK” button.
Enable Recipients
This function is used to enable the recipients in “Disabled” status, and the recipients in “Enabled” status can receive system message notifications.
Click the “More” button on the right column of the “Disabled” recipient, and select the “Enable” menu item to enable the recipient.
Disable Recipients
This function is used to disable the recipients in the “Enabled” status, after disabling, the recipients cannot receive system messages.
- Click the “More” button on the right column of the “Enabled” recipient, and select the “Disable” menu item to disable the recipient.
Delete Recipient
This function is used to delete a recipient.
Delete
- On the Recipients page, click the “Delete” button on the right column of the recipient to bring up the action confirmation dialog.
- Click the “OK” button to complete the operation.
Batch Delete
- Select one or more users' recipients in the recipient list, and click the “Delete” button at the top of the list to bring up the operation confirmation dialog box.
- Click the “OK” button to complete the operation.
View Recipient Details
This function is used to view user recipient details.
- On the Recipient page, click the Recipient name item to enter the Recipient details page.
- The menu item at the top of the details page supports managing recipients.
- View the Cloud ID, ID, name, enable status, SMS, email, notification channel, created at, etc. of the user recipient.
View operation log
This function is used to view the log information of recipient-related operations.
- On the Recipient details page, click the Operation log tab to enter the Operation log page.
- Load more logs: In the operation log page, the list shows 20 operation logs by default. If you want to view more operation logs, please click the “Load more” button to get more logs.
- View Log Details: Click the “View” button on the right column of the operation log to view the log details. Copy details are supported.
- View logs of specified time period: If you want to view the operation logs of a certain time period, set the specific date in the start date and end date at the top right of the list to query the log information of the specified time period.
- Export logs: Currently, only the logs displayed on this page are supported to be exported. Click the upper-right corner of icon, set the export data column in the pop-up export data dialog, and click the “OK” button to export the logs.
