Multidimentional

Multidimentional analysis supports comprehensive analysis of consumption trends, total number of Servers, average price of Servers, and TOP 10 information of resource consumption under different conditions from the perspectives of platform, account, region, project, billing mode, time, and tags, etc.

Entry: In the cloud management platform, click on the top left corner navigation menu, and click “Cost/Analysis/Multidimention” menu item in the left menu bar that pops up to enter the multidimensional analysis page.

Filter Conditions:

• Dimension: set platform (take values for all platforms, all platforms in the environment nano-management),account (take values for all accounts, if a specific platform has been identified, the account option is all accounts under the platform), cloud subscription (takes the value of all cloud subscriptions, if you have identified a specific platform and cloud account, subscriptions optional for all subscription information under the cloud account), region (takes the value of all regions, if you have identified a specific platform or account, platform for the specific platform and account under the optional region), billing model (takes the value of unlimited billing model, annual package, monthly package, pay per volume), tag (set specific tag key value), domain (takes the value of all domains (values are all domains and specific domain names), project (values are all projects and specific project names), resource type, billing item dimension, resource name.
• Time: Support to view cost trends and the percentage of consumption under different dimensions in this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter, this year or custom time.
• When only one currency of bills exists in the platform, the drop-down list will not be displayed by default. When there are bills in multiple currencies at the same time, a drop-down list will appear in the upper right corner to switch the bills in the corresponding currencies, currently supporting RMB bills, USD bills and BRL bills.
  • When the “Multi-currency bill Combined” is enabled in the global configuration, all bills will be displayed in a certain currency through the exchange rate conversion instead of directly displaying the bills in a specific currency.
  • When the “Origin Bill” is enabled in the global configuration, in the domain view and project view, there will be a drop-down option to display the original bill in the corresponding currency.

Display Results:

• Top10 consumption: Show the percentage of resources that meet the filtering criteria of Top10 consumption in the form of ring chart, click to see the name of resources and consumption amount.
• Cost Trends: View the consumption amount and consumption trend in the form of a bar chart that meets the filtering conditions in the last 30 days.
• Resources: Display the Top N (default is Top 10, support modifying to Top 10, Top 20, Top 30, All) resources that meet the filtering conditions in the form of a list of hinges, including resource name, resource type, billing item dimension, domain, project, usage, unit, and cost. Support clicking the top right corner of icon to export the corresponding bill data.
